5 days ago I bought an HBO max subscription through Roku using my Apple Pay. However, when I go to the max channel it doesn’t show I have a subscription, but clicking on renew and the plan it says “you’ve already purchased this”. My subscription doesn’t show on my phone or computer either. I’ve tried uninstalling, updating, etc. After talking to a Roku representative they just told me to wait 24 but I can’t imagine this takes days to go through. My credit card was charged almost a week ago and I haven’t been able to use my subscription.
