Charges for HBO max, but no subscription showing.
5 days ago I bought an HBO max subscription through Roku using my Apple Pay. However, when I go to the max channel it doesn’t show I have a subscription, but clicking on renew and the plan it says “you’ve already purchased this”. My subscription doesn’t show on my phone or computer either. I’ve tried uninstalling, updating, etc. After talking to a Roku representative they just told me to wait 24 but I can’t imagine this takes days to go through. My credit card was charged almost a week ago and I haven’t been able to use my subscription.

To start, we'll try to update the app.
Could you please follow the steps below:
- Press the Home button on your remote
- Highlight the app
- Press the Star Button (*) on your remote
- Select Check for Updates
If that does not work, please follow these steps to update the software of your device:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Software update
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates
If it still does not work, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider, as they are the ones who could provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through HBO Max Support

I’m having this same issue it’s been over 24 hours, I’ve tried checking for updates. The issues is still not resolved,
