Charged after I cancelled. Subscribed Dec. 7

I singed up for Max and saw that it was more than I could afford to add on and immediately cancelled but was charged anyway although I didn't use it.  I wish to have the $16.99 credited back to my account.  They cancelled the renew option but charged me anyway.  rlowe

If you signed up to pay through Roku, then go to the Roku support page and contact customer service there.  You can check if you have a subscription through Roku, by signing into your Roku account and managing your subscription.

If you signed up with Max directly, then you would need to reach out to Max customer support directly.

I understand that you're getting charged on Max after you sign up. Sure thing. Our Accounts and Billing Team is the expert in handling this type of concern. If it's billed through Roku, you can visit our support page at Roku Accounts and Billing.

If you buy the subscription directly from the channel provider, contact the Max channel, as many Roku channels/apps are managed by the providers.
