Same issue as many. Cannot find a link to actually talk to a human person or chat with a person. Loops me back to where I started. I'd send an email, but can't find that either. I guess contacting my bank and putting In a dispute on charges is my only option!

It may be more effective to seek assistance from our Billing team for account and billing issues. You can contact them at account and billing support and then choose 'Account, payments & subscription'. They are the most qualified to assist you in this matter.

I had same problem. The charge that shows up on charge as CBS is actually the Paramount subscription on your account. They are one and the same, apparently. Finally got to chat with an agent.

This only sends you to more links for what to do to cancel a subscription. The charge I am disputing is NOT in my subscription list. I am getting charged every dang month BY ROKU CBS,I've written MANY questions on how do I talk to someone... so again.. if the subscription is not on the list to dispute, the channel is not a subscription I have or want,HOW DO I TALK TO SOMEONE TO STRAIGHTEN OUT TBIS ISSUE???

@Edwardscivolett Have you logged into your account on a computer or phone and checked your subscriptions?  Is it possible you have more than one Roku account?  Do you have a pin required to make purchases on your Roku account?

16.04 is charged on my acc. Every month says from Roku go to Roku web and says  no subscription there how do I cansel that

It will be more effective if you directly contact our Account-Billing team, as they are the ones who can further assist you regarding this matter. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option where you can talk/chat/email to one of our live representatives.
