I too am battling with a $5.99 charge per month yet no purchases. I can't get any help via the website so I'm turning it in as fraud to my bankcard. Third month in a row.

Thank you but that leads to a deadend. sigh. Shows 'no purchases' and no where to reach anyone. I've filed a fraud report from there and again reported it to my charge company who for the THIRD time is freezing my card and issuing a new one. Very frustrated here.
