@CraZLikAFox, Hector is long gone. Pretty much the only advice you'll get here from anyone at Roku is to contact billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus . Is it possible that you have multiple Roku accounts? If you have multiple Roku devices or you got rid of an old one then it's a possibility. You can see the Roku account that a device is linked to by checking the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on each device.
Also, even if you do have a subscription to Hulu through Roku, you probably wouldn't be able to use it on your Xbox. In general, subscriptions through Roku are only good on Roku devices.
