Good LUCK trying to get ANYTHING resolved with ROKU.
They make it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to contact them......and when you follow all the instructions to do so......it doesn't connect.
I was charged $89.99 for a TRIAL subscription that I CANCELED the day I tried out the "frndlytv" subscription......IT SUCKS.......so I canceled it right away.......however the people at "frndlytv' can't seem to FIND my account on ROKU but they sure as **bleep**...took my money for a **bleep** station.
Next step is to CANCEL anything and everything that has to do with ROKU
