Charge for subscription, unable to find it or resolve

I just noticed we are being billed each month for a "Roku for CBS" and no one subscribed. I can't even find it on our roku. Tried to go through the website but keeps taking me in circles. Tried to find a number to contact Roku or a live chat, but not able to. Any ideas?
