We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. In this case, you may need to contact our Account and Billing support to locate the account where your card is associated and remove your card for any future unrecognized charges.
Visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You should then have the option to talk/chat/email with one of our live experts.
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
