Really what nonsense: follow these instructions:

For these issues, it mat be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.

  • Please visit: support.roku.com
  • Sign in to your account
  • Look for "Agent support" tab at the bottom right corner of the page
  • Click "Check support options"
  • Click Account, Payments & subscriptions
  • Welcome Don what is happening with your account  Answer Question about a charge
  • ok lets look at your purchase history:  learn about unrecognized charges click: click contact customer support and around we go, so I need to contact credit card who states can not dispute a charge UNTIL POSTED

Yes I did manage the subscription to cancel next month, the issue is this month
