Every month I'm being charged for cbs when I don't even have that channel and it doesn't show up anywhere in the channel purchase history.

Have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?

Do you have Paramount+? That is usually billed as something like: CBS Interactive.
I too need someone to help with this! I have not ordered CBS interactive and would like a refund.
