Same "Your shopping cart is empty" problem here. Is there any solution or workaround?
In 2021 I could not use the upgrade offer. After adding the upgrade and trying to checkout it would tell me my cart was empty. For the upgrade my workaround was to use my Roku 3 to do the upgrade.
If you currently own a Roku you might try buying one that way?
This seems to be a repeating problem buying directly from Roku.

Yes, that was exactly the problem. Using my old Roku was not working either, but as checking out as a guest was possible though, customer service was able to "manually" sort things out for me.
Hopefully, someone from the website support team will take a deeper look into this issue soon, otherwise they may start losing a lot of potential buyers.
