Well, it's nearly a year later, and still no solution about my order of the Ultra unit at full price instead of the 35% discount the email promised. Why is it taking so long to determine a solution for the email glitch that happened last year? Will there ever be a rebate offered since the email link didn't work? Many others have also reported this issue and are still waiting for Roku to offer up a solution.

Oh, and don't bother with the "kindly check your email inbox" reply. I've been watching since last year. Nothing yet. Send me a rebate check!
