Since October 2022, Roku have attempted to charge my account 17 unrecognized charges ranging from $1.08 - $20.68. It caught my attention because the account is closed and just recently a charge for $10.99 posted to my new account. I don’t have any active subscriptions through Roku so I don’t know where/who I’m paying. Haven’t had any luck with contacting customer support. I just need the payments and attempts to collect to stop! This is ridiculous because 17 charges in 2 months is very disturbing.
