Re: Sanyo Roku TV won't open YouTube TV

On my Roku tv, I can not open the you tube tv app. It does absolutely nothing when I click on the app. All the other apps are opening just fine. I have done a system restart, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, and I have check for updates. Nothing is working

Please provide the following.

Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (To find the information, go to Settings > System > About.)

Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times, when the issue occurs)

App build version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
