I was able to install the Roku app on one of my Roku tvs. When I tried to install on my Roku Express 4K+ I am unable. When I search the app it only allows me to open it, not install. How can I add the app to my Home Screen? Thanks.
I finally was able to add my app. after they walked me through several steps. Checking system update did not work for mine. Nor did resetting it work.

Looks like you're having a problem adding the DirecTV app to your Roku Express 4K+.
If the app does not appear on your Roku device, go to your Roku device and select Settings > System > System update > Check now.
