Disney+ not working
Cannot get Disney+ to open. Deleted the app and now I can’t get it back on my Home Screen. Says it’s on my Home Screen. And still won’t open.

We want to investigate your problem with the Disney+ app further. Are you getting any error messages or codes when launching the app? Also, is this the only app you have issues with, or is it happening on all apps?
