Unable to connect to Wi-fi

I still have no connectivity to WiFi. It won’t scan for networks or anything.    This has been few days now.  What can we do this is getting ridiculous

    Seems like you're unable to connect to the internet. Could you please share the error message you're seeing on the screen? Also, when did this start happening on your Roku device?
