Settings button (*) stopped working
My settings button doesn't work and there's no channel tiles on the screen to choose from either.

You mentioned that your settings button isn't working, and there are no app tiles on your screen. Could you share with us what type of remote you are using and what steps you've tried so far? Also, a photo of the screen you're seeing currently would help.
