Hello,  RokuArjiemar , thanks for answering my inquiry. Is there a way you can reach out the product specialist team directly? I spent more than 1h with the customer support, mostly waiting and re-telling the same story again 😩… It was not very helpful and I don’t want to have waste another hour that I could be doing something useful nor having to tell the same story a few more times.

I respect that the resolution will not be prompt, especially during holiday season, but I would love to hear you saying you CAN forward this issue to someone technical that can look into it and they will reach me out later with some progress updates!

Rouser2024 Did this issue get resolved? I have it while watching the TV series Upload and can't find a good solution online. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, no. Roku support tried to reach me out to schedule a call, but I currently don’t have time to sit down with them. I suspect they will try to hand hold me to customize the settings, but won’t get any results and this would take even more time to solve it. I would happily have sent the logs had they requested for them ☹️.

      Had same exact issue. Solved it by turning off HDR which means you need to access the TV’s secret menu. Go to Home Screen and do the following with your remote : push Home button (X5), rewind, down, fast forward, down, rewind.

        Just had the same issue with the movie and can confirm that shutting off HDR solved the problem. Go to Roku settings and change your input (I think) from 4kHDR to just 4k and it shows normal!
