Roku TV: Constantly having to reactivate

I have had to do a "reactive" TV 3 times in the last week! It's becoming a huge pain. I have taken it to help chat, and it clearly showed for an ROKU TV. The person asked if I tried another HDMI port.... It's not a Roku stick, it's a TV! I just want to know why it's constantly doing this, because this is about to be thrown out, because I'm not going to keep reactivating a stupid TV every 2-4 days for no reason if they won't even help me fix this issue if there even is an actual issue other than it being a cheap piece!

    Hey Betty33,

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

We acknowledge the issue you've shared with us, and we'd like to know more about this. By any means, in what kind does your TV require reactivation? Is this about a channel/app or re-activation as in setting up your Roku TV from the beginning with the "Let's Get Started" prompt?

With detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.

    Regards,
    The Roku Community Team

Hi John.  I have this problem a lot with the NBC apps, specifically the USA and NBC sports apps.  Also the CBS app and today I had trouble with the ESPN app which I use almost daily.  It almost seems like providers don't want you to use their apps.  I'm figuring that's not the case, but it sure can seem that way sometimes.

have a Roku premiere model 4620x.  It's running version 14.6.

        Hi there! mhoyle17

It sounds like you're running into issues with multiple apps on your Roku. Could you share a bit more about what’s going on? Are the apps crashing or freezing? Do they keep logging you out? Or is something else acting up?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
