Roku remote slow in reponse

Remote lags 10-30 seconds.  Changed settings per a previous thread found 8 mos ago.  It didn't fix anything.  Trying to watching anything and pausing is making everything almost unwatchable.  Very frustrating.  Any help would be very appreciated.

    It seems like you're having trouble with your Roku remote lagging.

    Have you tried resetting the remote? What type of Roku remote do you have? In the meantime, try using the Roku mobile app to see if the same problem occurs.
