I'm having the same issues. I contacted them. I was told to purchase a new device. I'm not doing that so, I had another one to hook up and did so. I unplugged my wifi router and the same thing happened. Now I'm stuck with two Roku devices that will not connect to my wifi. So I feel what your going through. This sucks.

A warm welcome here in the Roku Community, OldHead43!
It is highly appreciated that you've brought this to our attention and we'd be more than happy to be of assistance in connecting your Roku players to a network connection.
Firstly, can you please confirm if your devices are able to detect available network connections other than your Wi-Fi? Also, is it only unable to connect to your own network connection? If so, we suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider and requesting them to reboot your network on their end.
Furthermore, we suggest trying to connect your Roku devices to an alternative network connection to see if this will successfully connect. Perhaps a mobile hotspot would do.
Let us know how it goes and we'll continue assisting you from there.
Best regards,
Carly

We completely understand this and we're here to help. We'll work with you step-by-step to resolve the issue and get your device back up and running smoothly. So, let's dive in and take the necessary steps together to ensure your device is connected to the network without any further issues. Kindly follow the steps below:
Reset Network Connection:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
System Restart
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.

If you're still experiencing connectivity issues, we highly recommend performing a system restart on your modem/router. This can often help resolve any connectivity problems caused by issues with the network hardware. Additionally, we suggest trying to connect to a hotspot to see if you're able to maintain a connection. This can help identify whether the issue is specific to your network or more widespread.
Please do keep us updated on what you find out, so we can assist you further if needed.
Best wishes,

When you are reporting a problem like this, it's critical to know a couple of things. First, what model Roku? If it's a Roku TV, who was the manufacturer, and for a Roku player what is the exact model number? You can see the model number under Settings/System/About.
For WiFi connection issues, you need to provide the following:
- Does the Roku see your WiFi but is rejecting the connection?
- Does the Roku not even see your network?
- Does it see any networks (such as a neighbor's, not that we're trying to connect to it)?
- Are you connecting to a router that was provided by your Internet provider (such as a cable company) or your own personal router?
With the above information, then someone can offer some more specific suggestions to get you connected.
