Hi there Karma_
Thanks for sharing your issue about the YouTube and Spotify playlist titles not displaying the emoji and italicized titles when using your Roku Ultra 2024 model.
This has been forwarded to our team for review. We'll update you once we have further information about this. Your patience would be appreciated as we work on this matter.
Thanks!

It’s not only the playlist titles. As you can see in the photos it’s also the welcome message when the Spotify app is opened, and every other place where my display name is at, and it’s emojis.
YouTube video titles most likely aswell. Please check every other app. This seems to be a systemwide issue and not something limited to Spotify and YouTube. Also please check wether other fonts are also problematic.I never have such issues with other streaming players, such as my NVIDIA Shield Pro or Apple TV 4K.

Hi Riamie. Hope im not bothering you but it has been 2 months and no news about this issue? Have the Roku developers been looking into this?
Again it’s very annoying to use apps like Spotify or YouTube and the emoji‘s aren’t properly displayed… It’s a serious quality of life issue. Please prioritize this and flag it with the team again.
