Thank you for sharing your concern about your Roku remote's indication of when it's charging. We'd be happy to determine the cause and help you find the best resolution possible.
Kindly provide us with additional details such as follows:
- What specific rechargeable Roku remote is this? Is it a Roku Voice Remote Pro or Roku Voice Remote Pro (2nd edition)?
- Is this the remote that came with your Roku device or was this purchased separately?
- Did this happen even the first time you used this remote?
In the meantime, can we please try to reset your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds? After doing so, pair it again and try to charge if you can see the indicator light.
