How to shut off voice from roku remote? It is so annoying!
My Roku remote has a voice that drones on and is very annoying. I don't know where it came from - does anyone know how to silence this?

Press the option * key four times. That is probably how it got turned on in the first place, by pressing the option * key four times.
I tried pressing the * 4 times, several times, and it didn't work. Any other
suggestions?
Settings> accessibility> screen reader> off
You turn off the shortcut of pressing * 4 times:
Settings> accessibility> shortcut> disable
I don't know what you did before my first response but you might have disabled the shortcut first before turning off the Screen reader function, and that's why pressing * 4 times didn't work?
