Can't connect to dorm wifi

I just bought a roku stick for my dorm room. It wont connect to my school's wifi. Every time I try to set it up, my phone won't allow me to select the network it tells me to. And I cant change anything on the TVs setting because I can't do anything on the TV until I get it connected to the network. When I try to use my tablet, it says something about many devices being on the network and it tells me to restart the router, which I obviously can't do. I've tried resetting my network connection too. Nothing's working.

    Greetings, HonyBadgr06​!

    There are several reasons why you can't connect to the school's wifi, and we'll try to check things out.

    • Are there any error messages appearing on the screen? Mind sharing a photo of it?
    • Do you have a physical remote that we can use? This will help us navigate through the Roku Settings since the Roku App won't work unless you're connected.
    • Lastly, let's try to isolate the issue by connecting it to a different internet. A mobile hotspot would do.

      These are the messages on my TV and tablet. I don't have any other networks to connect to.
