Can I add my Bell Expressvu on the home screen?

I have 2 ROKU TV's and my satellite provider is shown on the home screen and I can select this channel and watch TV. I purchased 2 Express streaming devices for non-Roku TV's and don't see this optio...

I assume you have a cable/satellite box connected to your TV.  There's no way to connect a cable box to any other kind of Roku device.  That channel on your Roku TV simply sets the TV's input to the satellite box.
