Voice command on the Roku remote stopped working after the update.

So this is on my ultra voice remote with the AB buttons. After the recent update I noticed it stopped working. It keeps telling me it can't hear me when I hold down the voice button. I tried resetting and pairing it with different rokus in the house and it's still giving me trouble. So far the remote with the stick that has voice works and I haven't tried the other ultra. I'll update when I see if that's having problems or not. 

Yes I followed all the instructions to reboot the Roku and repair the remote.

    It looks like you have an issue with the voice command of the Roku voice remote after an update. And thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps to fix it. 

    To confirm, is that the only button that is currently not working? In the meantime, could you try using the Roku Mobile app and check if the Voice command works using the app?
