Can’t get past unable to update software

I have tried all options on your support page and cannot get past error 005 unable to update software

    Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

    Could you tell us specifically the troubleshooting steps you've performed? Have you tried connecting your Roku device to a different wifi network? Please also reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku. This can be found on the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. 

    We'll be able to further assist you from there.
