Wrong location display on TV

Same problem. I’ve reset the zip code probably 30 times. One day I’ll get the city I live in for a few days (Kansas City), then back to Denver for weeks. So frustrating!  I’ve tried disconnecting, rebooting repeatedly.

  • I have this problem also.  I am in Tucson and it thinks I am in Las Vegas (over 400 miles away).  I have resset the zip code.  I need Roku's help in changing the geo location.

  • I have this problem too! I live in Tennessee and my advertisements are Georgia? How do I get this fixed. I have the zip code right but it changes nothing.

So far I haven't figured it out.  Like most companies today, Roku and my internet provider try to automate everything and don't care about adequate customer service.  There is no one to talk to, and if you reach someone, they can't address the problems.  As far as I know, you might have to live with this inconvenience as I do.
