Battery Percentage Keep Popping Up

i’ve been reading page after page trying to fix that pop-up the upper right corner saying my battery level is 100%. Actually came across the post to check the remotes that are paired with your device...

    We notice that you keep getting a battery warning on your Roku device regarding the battery percentage. We'd like to help you with it. Please try the following steps.

    1. Change the batteries on your remote.
    2. Reset your remote by pressing the Home and the Back button or the pairing button for 20 seconds.
    3. Restart your Roku device (navigate to Settings > System > Power > System Restart > Restart.
    4. Re-pair your Roku remote to your Roku device.
