Did you ever figure this out ?

I never realized until this happened and it took me a week to figure it out. But yes…
I had two separate Roku accounts under different emails.
my solution was to just share the album. (I also did a shared album with my grandmothers account and now she has a slideshow of my kids as her screensaver!)

Welcome to the Roku Community, glad to see you here, summernnicole!
Thanks for sharing your experience here with Backdrops. We completely understand how this can be very inconvenient, and we'd like to be able to help.
Could you tell us more about:
- When did you notice this issue happened?
- What Roku device is affected by this issue?
- Have there been any recent updates before this happened? If so, can you please provide the latest software version of your Roku?
- Are there any error messages when trying to use the Backdrops? A photo or short video could help us understand the problem better.
In the meantime, you can visit this support article: How to use Backdrops on your Roku streaming devices.
Please get back to us soon.
Best,
