Backdrops not showing photos on tv but coming up on Roku account

I never realized until this happened and it took me a week to figure it out. But yes…

 

I had two separate Roku accounts under different emails. 

my solution was to just share the album. (I also did a shared album with my grandmothers account and now she has a slideshow of my kids as her screensaver!)
