I just wanted to add that I am having the exact same issue. I looked at the instructions at the link and followed them. When I press the "Enable Skill" button for the Roku skill, nothing happens desides the button momentarily changing to a lighter blue (indicating that the button has been pressed). I don't move to another page and I'm not given the opportunity to log in. I spoke to an Amazon customer service rep, who said that a technical support expert will need to look into it. Hopefully they will.

Today I tried to add 3 randomly selected skills and none of them worked with the exact same behavior as trying to add the Roku skill. I also reinstalled the app and the issue remained. Might just be a general problem with the Alexa app. I imagine/hope Amazon will fix it soon.
