No live feeds of security cameras after tv factory reset

I recently had to factory reset my onn Roku tv. After finishing the reset I reinstalled all of my apps. I have no issues with any of the apps except the Roku home cameras app. I can not see the live feeds but I am able to view recorded events with no issues. I have two tablets and a phone with smart home app and no issues. I also have two other TVs, a septre and onn, that have no issues with the home cameras app on them. I've completed all the common troubleshooting techniques like resetting all equipment involved, uninstalling apps then reinstalling. No issues with any other equipment except for the onn tv that I had to factory reset. Any ideas?

    Look back at all apps and if you see event recordings or pictured still images showing on 7/16, nothing showing after that day… It’s due to them taking that function away for free.. If you are receiving an alert( notification) and it does not show any images ( unless you have a subscription) in the event Tab, and it shows nothing. It’s due to roku taking that feature away that they have marketed and advertised for years….Roku is now making you purchase the subscription, and your cameras are essentially worthless without the subscription.. So unless you want to sit there and watch, check every movement, notification via the live feed… no peace of mind, no safety.. Thanks ROKU..  it’s not about not wanting to pay.. it’s I have paid and it wasn’t worth it to me, it alerted me to what I needed to see without wasting money… Just go with the WYZE cameras as they partnered with Roku for them to even HAVE these cameras.. They do not make you purchase a subscription either..
