Stream bar sound keeps cutting out

I bought the stream bar a few years ago go and it’s been happening ever since. But today it got worse. It sound like the sounds cutting out for like 5-8 seconds and then normal for 5-20 mins. I’ve tried new hdmi cables and resetting stream bar and made sure it’s up to date

  • Has anyone responded to your post yet? I am having a similar issue. Not only does the sound go in and out. The Roku streambar will stall and I will have to restart.

This happens to me in the Disney+ app. In fact, it’s really only that app that it happens on

    Gotcha! nsherk

You can try updating the OS by following these steps:

    1. Go to Home
    2. Settings
    3. System
    4. Software Update
    5. Check Now

Once the software is up to date, you can do a quick System Restart once again. Check out this link for further help!

Please let me know if the issue comes back.

I have done that as well to no avail. Anything else?

Thanks for keeping us in the loop, nsherk!

Since we have assessed that the issue only happens with Disney Plus, the best course of action to take is to reach out directly to Disney Plus support for additional troubleshooting options tailored to your concern.

We are hoping that everything gets sorted out for you soon!
