Roku Streambar turns on and goes to demo mode after 60 seconds

I been using my Roku StreamBar for 3 year, it recently did an update, and now when i turn it on, a 60 second clock appears. At the end of the 60 seconds, it goes to "demo" mode. I then have to press and hold the reset button on the back. I have reset factory settings, and read form post about going to settings, general and what not. But when i go to settings there's no "general". What's wrong with the device, and how do I fix it?

Roku soundbar pro won't turn on

My roku soundbar just blinks a yellow light and won't turn on. I've reset both the bar and my router. It's about a year old. Is it dead? #Roku soundbar pro

    Bluetooth Headphones setup

Hello, So I have encountered a problem while trying to set up the wireless head-phones that we provide to our clients to the as we are a treatment facility where we have 40 Beds and 20+ Roku TVs and another brand TV. We have had no problem connecting them to the other brand but after reading reddit posts and Roku Community posts people have been needing to connect to their phones in which they don't have access to while in treatment. Is there a system download we should add? Thank you in Advanced!

Audio setup to use the Soundbar and Optical Out for hearing aids separately and simultaneously.

I have a RokuTV OS. I want to add a soundbar for my family's enjoyment, but I also want to use Optical Out to feed a Bluetooth transmitter for my hearing aids. I thought the Roku Wireless Soundbar would be a good choice, but its use disables the Optical Out. (I didn't find that in print or within the menus on the TV set, but obviously it does, which was disappointing to learn after I bought it.) I currently have a TCL Roku TV, but I plan to upgrade to the Roku Pro series TV. So, what are the setup recommendations and soundbar features that will allow my family to use the best Roku TV Pro series OS sound features available while still leaving the Optical Out available to feed my Hearing Aid Bluetooth transmitter?

    Right Roku Wireless Speaker Rattle

I’ve noticed a couple months after purchasing my Roku wireless speakers, that my right speaker rattles when there’s deep bass on a television show or a movie. I initially thought it was due to the glass and metal table that the speaker sits on, however, I recently picked up the speaker in my hands and the issue persisted. I tried performing a factory, reset several times of both the television and the speakers, however, I am still experiencing this issue. Can someone please assist? Are these covered under any type of warranty? Tony

Hisense Roku TV loud sound effects and music drown out the voices

Just purchased a new 58 in. Roku. The sound is terrible. The sound effects drowns out the voices of humans. No matter what you are watching. If you turn up volume music and sound effects gets louder and you still have trouble hearing people talking.

Suddenly no sound from soundbar, HDMI ARC and CEC stopped working

I have a soundbar connected to my Sharp Roku TV via HDMI ARC. Everything has been fine for a while now. The other day, without having changed anything, I noticed a few problems: - I have no sound coming from my soundbar when I set the soundbar to the HDMI ARC input. Other inputs on the soundbar play audio fine, and setting the TV audio to output audio through the TV speakers or optical/aux works, so I assume the issue is with the TV. - Using my Roku remote to change volume used to show the volume level in the corner of my screen while it changed the volume on the soundbar. The lights on my soundbar show that the TV actually *is* adjusting the volume on the soundbar, but the volume level number isn't indicated on my TV anymore, and as stated above, there's still no actual sound being played. - Up until now I could turn on my PS5 or Nintendo Switch and it would power on my TV and change to the appropriate input. This isn't happening anymore. I didn't change anything. Just the day before, all of this was working fine, as it had been for years. I tried power cycling the soundbar and the TV, connecting the soundbar to the TV with a different HDMI cable, and checking for updates on the TV (no update since January). I can't get sound working anymore. Anyone have any idea what's wrong here?

Roku soundbar not playing sound for certain things

I have a Roku streambar and two wireless Roku speakers. Tv is Roku plus series 4k tv. For Commercials and movies the soundbar will play sound. For certain tv shows only the speakers will play sound, and the soundbar doesn’t play sound at all. I want the sound bar and speakers to work simultaneously, or at least have the soundbar play sound and the speakers do effects like it does in movies. It seems like this only happens for certain things. The sounds does have its own dashboard because it was hooked up to different tv that wasn’t a Roku tv. I don’t use that dashboard I only use the Roku tv dashboard. Does the soundbar need to be reset. I think this might be the issue but not sure. Any setting suggestions would be helpful. I tried a few things but nothing has helped.
