Streambar 9102R frequent reboot

I am having ongoing issues with the streambar.  Sound quality issues (Static, etc... on all channels), freezing and rebooting.  The problems occur sporadically, sometimes its ok for a month or so and then it happens frequently - daily, every couple of days.  I am at the point where I am done with this, but it wasn't cheap and I don't want to be frequently rebuying.  Looking for some assistance here as it seems to be a chronic issue with this model.

  • I might be a "newbie" on your forum, but I have been a customer for over 20 years and currently have a half dozen devices on my account, not to mention the ones I have dropped over the years.

      I understand you're experiencing frequent reboots, freezing, static sounds, and other issues with your Roku Streambar 9102R. Could you let me know what steps you've already tried to fix this?

        Hi RokuHaz-M​,

        Thank you for responding.  The things that I have tried have been to verify that I have the latest version of software.  That has really been about it.  I have also switched out my WIFI in the timeframe that I have had the issue.  The issue did not seem to get better or worse after each change.
