I might be a "newbie" on your forum, but I have been a customer for over 20 years and currently have a half dozen devices on my account, not to mention the ones I have dropped over the years.

I understand you're experiencing frequent reboots, freezing, static sounds, and other issues with your Roku Streambar 9102R. Could you let me know what steps you've already tried to fix this?

Thank you for responding. The things that I have tried have been to verify that I have the latest version of software. That has really been about it. I have also switched out my WIFI in the timeframe that I have had the issue. The issue did not seem to get better or worse after each change.
