    Roku Streambar returns to Home Screen

    I have a Roku stream bar and after I click on any app or any of the settings it returns to the Home Screen. I have done a reset via the app, reset via the button on back of sound bar, and unplugged the power button. Issues happens with both the remote and the app on my phone.

    Roku TV compatibility with Streambar SE

    I just got a Roku 43" 4k 43R4A5R. I like the simplicity of the home screen. It's not cluttered like the Fire TV stick or Google TV. I'm thinking about getting the Streambar SE. Both the TV & the Streambar have the OS included. Wouldn't there be a conflict of OSes? Which remote would I use, the TV remote or the Streambar remote?

    The brand new Roku Streambar will not connect to the Samsung TV through the HDMI ARC connection.

    My Samsung TV has an HDMI arc outlet, to which I'm connected. The streambar will not communicate correctly. The CEC is turned on. I've checked all the connections twice, unplugged and replugged to power and turned the CEC off and back on. All to no avail. Help!

    Streambar is not playing the stereo channels correctly

    The issue I’m having is that it seems that the streambar sound doesn’t play the stereo channels correctly. Example: say I’m watching a music show like The Voice, the sound is fine when the judges speak, but when it goes to the performer sings the volume is very low. When it goes back to the judges the volume is back to normal. I am connected with the hdmi cable to a onn roku tv. This happens whether it’s using cable or through a WiFi app. I’m puzzled. This also happens with sports broadcasts as well.

    Roku Soundbar Pro won't pair with the remote

    I have a roku soundbar pro that I got for my kids last Christmas. Everything has been great until the other day. The remote stopped working and would not pair with the soundbar. Apparently my 10 year old thought a factory reset would fix the problem but now it is just stuck. The soundbar only flashes orange and keeps asking to pair a remote to finish setup. I even bought a new remote but that won't pair either. I have taken both remotes to another room and was able to pair them to roku ultra. My roku app won't find the soundbar anymore so that isn't an option either to manually pair to the soundbar. It still shows it tied to my account but I can't access it. I could really use some help. I have tried all the basic solutions like unplugging for 30 seconds, new batteries, holding the reset button for 10 seconds, I have tried the pairing button on the original remote, and holding the home and back arrow on the new remote. This is driving me crazy I need some help.

    Changing sound mode on Roku Streambar

    I have a TCL (Roku) TV connected to a Roku Streambar thats linked to 4 wireless roku speakers. When I watch movies in say, Netflix, I want the sound mode to be in "movie" mode. But if I want to play music via the Spotify app, I then need to switch to "music" mode in order to make the music play through all of the speakers (or else it only plays music through the two front speakers) I have to manually change it each time (and then remember to change it back when watching content). Is there a way to automatically do this?

    Roku Streambar SE compatibility

    Purchased Roku 55” Pro Series, with Roku Streambar se, Roku wireless speakers and Roku wireless subwoofer. Must not of done enough homework. Is it true that I cannot pair my wireless speakers because I have the “SE” Streambar” Advice appreciated, I feel I need a different soundbar. Or are there other recommendations. Thank you

    Roku Streambar SE returns to HDMI2 and sound is delay

    Just purchased and installed Streambar SE and experiencing the same problem noted by others. When try to switch from HDMI2 to HDMI1 ARC (to which the Roku is attached) the display quivers and eventually reverts back to HDMI2. It sometimes go back and forth but never stabilizes on the Roku. There is also up to 1 minute delay before sound appears when the TV is first turned on. Have tried different remotes , power cycling and resetting the streambar. Here is the data on my streambar: S/N S094645SWGAU Model 9104X Software version 14.5.4 build 5944 (5/3/2025) Will wait to see if your troubleshooting works before returning the streambar. Please keep all informed. Thank you. RE

    Is optical on Roku StreamBars output only?

    Did I build a surround thats only good for apps? Optical port seams useless because say I change input to xbox I have no sound. Seams the streambar optical is output only making the whole surround useless without it having inputs on it. I can take that optical out of streambar and plug it into any old soundbar and I get sound.
