paramount+ cant get off "the get started screen"

hi i just got my subscription paid and now i can't seem to get past the get started screen. i have signed in only choices I have is "get started," "sign out," and "watch free episodes" can anyone ple...

    If the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support page here do not work, we'll need a backup from the channel team. We suggest reporting this case to them for further assistance. The channel team handles and manages most of the channels on Roku directly.
