Discovery Plus - Not saving watch history

Hi all

I've been having the same issue for some time. Where my discovery plus 90% of time does not save my watch history.

I've been in touch with discovery support and done various things and now waiting to hear back again.

It's on two TCL Roku tvs. But does not have the issue on desktop computer.

I've done the following

Restarted TVs

Cleared Cache on both

Reinstalled app on both

Signed in and out

Made additional profile to test, issue persists.

Checked for updates for both app and tv

Restarted internet

Anyone else encouter the same issues? Its been a couple months now.
