New Channels subscription wont sign in

I have similar issues on my Roku Ultra. I started 5 new channels subscription from a Black Friday Promotions. My roku account show the channels are active. I reset my password prior to starting the 5 new subscriptions. My new password did not sync up with the Roku App on my LG TV AND the new subscriptions. When I launch a new channel, for example ParamountPlus, The channel asks me to sign-in. It does not launch to the profile splash screen. The channel says  I am already signed-in asks me to Log-out.

The new subscriptions are in Limbo. The will not launch into the programming on the TV App. I do not know how to contact a live agent on the support page. Can someone suggest a remedy to get this new channel accept the new subscriptions?

    I think most of those BF specials require you to access the content through "The Roku Channel" app.

      You can access Apple TV + through the Roku Channel? Didn't know that ...will give it a try

    We understand that you are having trouble signing into all 5 new channel subscriptions. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.

    Before we proceed, we would like to know how you are accessing the channels. Are you using the stand-alone app or accessing them through the Roku Channel? Additionally, which channels are you subscribed to? Does this issue occur only on these five channels? In the meantime, we recommend trying the following steps:

    Restart the System of your Roku device by going through:
    Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.

  • Hope you get it figured out. Roku support and Apple support have been no help for me. Its odd that it works fine on my iPad but not on Roku. To me it seems like the Roku isn't synching but what do I know..LOL
