We understand that you are having trouble signing into all 5 new channel subscriptions. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Before we proceed, we would like to know how you are accessing the channels. Are you using the stand-alone app or accessing them through the Roku Channel? Additionally, which channels are you subscribed to? Does this issue occur only on these five channels? In the meantime, we recommend trying the following steps:
Restart the System of your Roku device by going through:
Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
