This is unacceptable Roku needs to stop hiding behind the scenes and step up to communicate with costumers by way of speaking to a live agent Especially when we as your loyal costumers at least provide a contact phone number to speak with a live person I am at the end of my patients with Roku I sm saying this once that I will submit a formal complaint against Roku and it’s affiliates You may have a clause to protect yourselves from public efforts to get justice for all of us Roku loyal costumers I am demanding a call back immidiately my email is ******* I am not leaving my phone number for reasons of vicious attacks on me
