Can't pair roku speakers
I have the roku 9030x wireless speakers and a tcl roku tv. The speakers will not pair. It just keeps searching for speakers in step 1 and never moves on. I have checked the tv and the software is updated and it actually updated the speakers while checking the software so the tv can see the speakers. I have tried hitting the pairing button and the lights on the back do blink. I have reset the speakers and have left them unplugged for 10 minutes and tried again but it never finds the speakers. What advice do you haveSolved19KViews0likes51CommentsRoku speakers an making cracking and popping sounds
My speakers have been popping for the past month. I'm using a streambar pro with 1 sub, 4 speakers. The popping happens primarily on the YouTube TV app and Netflix but I've heard it on Plex a few times. I've rebooted and removed/paired the speakers. My system streambar info is in the image. What else do you need from me to fix the issue?16KViews1like131CommentsDifference between Roku Smart Soundbar & new Streambar Pro?
I have a Roku streambar for my old 2009 Samsung TV and recently purchased a Smart Sound bar for my newer Sony TV. I am very pleased with both. I've also added the surround speakers and soon will be adding the sub to the Sony TV in my living room. I just read about the new Streambar Pro available in May. I am wondering if there is any difference between it and the Roku Smart sound bar I already have? Any advantage to getting it to replace the smart sound bar? ThanksSolved13KViews2likes9CommentsJust bought new roku speakers and have a Google tv
I'm very frustrated, I bought roku speakers for the sound quality told they were Bluetooth and they can connect to my TV, get home and they don't, it's a Google smart TV that's tcl BTW, roku has some great products but forcefully making it so you can't connect them to any other brand is outright ridiculous. I want to know if theres any way I can connect them with spending another 200 dollars or if I return them and stop using roku completely. Roku may have great products but I'm not dealing with an overly greedy company no matter how good the products.Solved8.9KViews1like7Commentsdialogue not audible
I was watching the Roku channel as late as last week and the audio was fine. Recently, this past weekend, the audio became degraded. I'm receiving a background track but the dialogue track is not audible. This is occurring on any random selection on the channel. No idea what may have caused this issue but it has to be a change implemented on the Roku channel since my device settings have not been changed and I'm able to continue receiving audio on all other channels. I've connected my Roku device to my audio receiver which is connected to 2 speakers using just the left and right channels.Solved7.9KViews1like16CommentsBluetooth soundbar connection issue
We have a Hisense Roku TV model 50A6104EUR G1937G1 and I purchased an onn 2.0 soundbar which says it is Roku TV ready and has bluetooth. I think the model # is 2325A. I am trying to connect the two via bluetooth and the TV is not recognizing the soundbar via the add device setting. I do not want to hardwire the speaker to the TV I want to use the bluetooth function. I am able to connect my phone to the soundbar via bluetooth and pay music. I am also able to connect my phone to the TV through the Roku TV remote app and control the TV. This ,akes me think both devices are functional. Is this possible to use bluetooth with these two devices together?Solved7.2KViews0likes6CommentsRoku wireless speaker issues
Here's what I have: Roku Plus series 55"TV, Roku wireless soundbar, Roku wireless subwoofer, and 2 Roku wireless speakers. My issue is with the wireless speakers. I can't get sound from the right one and if we are watching an old movie on Classic Reels or TCM the only sound is from the soundbar and subwoofer. I've reset the wireless speakers, more than once, and reset the soundbar too. Still no sound from the right rear wireless speaker, which is well within 30' from the TV/soundbar. I've seen one UTube video where the guy said it was necessary to disconnect/reset everything then starting with powering up the TV add the soundbar, subwoofer, and speakers again, in that order. Is that your advice too? Would appreciate a step by step instruction on getting what should be a 4.1 surround sound system working. And shouldn't we get sound from all of the speakers all of the time regardless of the source? Thanks. I have a Roku Soundbard which I bought on Amazon Spain, at the product info it showed "Works only on Germany" but many people on the reviews said it wasn't true since they use it on Spain without any trouble... I think it's because the product it's banned on Spain or something like that. However, it worked great and the sound it's amazing for such a small soundbar, so I wanted to add the wireless speakers and improve the sound since I have it connected to a UST Projector, working as a home theater. Because the speakers were not available on Amazon Spain, I bought it from México and asked a family member to bring it to me, the problem is... Now when I go to "Add a device" for connection, it only shows Remote, Bluetooth Speakers or Mobile Phone but no the Wireless Speakers or the Subwoofer. I don't know if it's a thing of European Firmware or just a failure, since I now have the speakers and cannot return them because of the different country I bought it from. Hope you see this and help me.Solved6.2KViews1like11Commentsconnecting 4 speakers, one streambar, one roku tcl tv for surround sound
