Wireless Speakers stuck in updating error

For me the speakers seem to connect but then goes to update and stays there till they timeout. The speakers never update so can't be fully paired to use. This happened last night when we tried to connect to new tv since old stopped working.

Streambar Pro not connecting to speakers/subwoofer

Hello, I recently purchased a Roku Streambar Pro on Amazon to upgrade from our previous Roku Streambar. We already had the Roku external speakeres (2 speakers-rear) and the Roku subwoofer. We installed the Streambar Pro, and had to use the optic cord as we have an older Vizio tv without the ARC port. We have pushed the RESET button for 10 seconds, and the status light is flashing. When we try to pair the speakers/subwoofer - it says "searching" and then quickly moves on the "updating speakers" - this goes on for a few minutes, and then it says "Unable to Pair". We have unplugged the speakers as well. It has no affect. We have turned on and off the soundbar. No affect. What else could it be?

No soundbar audio with mono audio sources

I have a Roku TV Wireless Soundbar (9301R) and I get no audio when my audio source is 1.0 ch. Mono on the Plex app. The two ways to work around this is to set my audio output settings from the soundbar back to the built-in TV speakers OR use the Plex app through my PlayStation 5 rather than the Roku TV version of the app. Is this a problem with the soundbar/TV or the Roku TV version of the Plex app?

No 5.1 when plugged into LG TV

I have an LG 4K TV (65UF9500) and can't get 5.1 audio options from either of my Rokus (4K+ & Express), only stereo. I get 5.1 from either Roku when plugged into my AVR, but then I can't get 4K because it's limited to 1080p. I've spent hours and tried each of the many fixes I found, but to no avail. I think it's possible that it has something to do with the TV only having Dolby Digital (not Dolby Digital Plus) and the EDID limiting the Roku to stereo. Does this sound right? Is there a fix?

Can I control my Vizio Soundbar with Roku Remote

It seems my remote will not work with my Vizio Sound bar. If this is so, Took should advise this prior to purchase. Is this true, or are there codes to allow my Roku remote to control my Vizio soundbar?

No local channels found when using Roku Streambar SE

I have a Roku TV and recently brought a Roku Streambar SE to add a comfortable listening listening environment for my Senior Parent during shows AND commercials. It is upsetting that the local channels are not available. I am not looking for news channels. While I have been a mostly satisfied customer of Roku TV's, this experience of continually purchasing products to watch TV to my comfort is ridiculous. Especially having to purchase specific products that makes me have to buy more specific products.

Onn Roku TV compatibility with 9020r2 Wireless Roku speakers

I’ve purchased the 9020r2 Roku wireless speakers for my Roku branded onn.Roku tv. It says every where I have looked that they are compatible. I followed instructions for pairing them and the tv won’t discover them. I’ve done everything in troubleshooting. I moved the tv and speakers to a different location and it didn’t work. Do I need to return these speakers? Are they really compatible? What should I do?

    Wireless speakers disconnect intermittently

My set up: Stream bar 4 wireless speakers Subwoofer I have two main questions: I have had this set up for over 2 years. Had no issues first two years but recently my wireless speakers disconnect almost every week. I have to go through reinstalling them and they work again. Why is this happening? Nothing about the set up had changed. Wi-Fi is the same. The subwoofer does not disconnect 2. With this set up I have always been underwhelmed by dialogue being inconsistent even with dialogue clarity turned to high. Also when watching musicals lyrics/sound is very inconsistent. Please help!
