I have a Roku Streambar for streaming to my TV. I am experiencing slower reaction times and audio/video sync issues on certain channels, Apple in particular. Roku settings show my wireless internet connection as "Fair". I used "Speedtest" to measure my signal strength at the TV. The results of the speedtest are 192 Mbps download and 21 Mbps upload. Are these numbers sufficient to get good streaming service from my Roku? Or should I consider an extender to boost the signal? My router is one floor directly above the TV/Roku.
Hi @andy727,
From the Roku Community, welcome!
We will be more than happy to assist you further. Please try to restart your modem and router. After restarting your wireless network connection, you may need to restart your Roku streambar by going to settings, system, power, and system restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
Let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
John
