I have 2 32 inch TVs that will not connect to wireless. I have a USB dongle that I hooked up directly to my mesh node because I thought maybe the firmware was out of date. I performed an update while wired and verified connectivity to other apps while wired. I then reset network connections and re-added credentials. Still nothing. I went into the secret menu and reset everything, made sure ping was enabled and nothing. I then factory reset the TV and same result. They will connect to the WiFi but they do not receive internet. They do get a correct IP(not APIPA), and on the top right it toggles between not connected and the time, but will not connect to any apps. I did notice that in the secret menu I did not see any DNS servers listed, but I also didn’t see anyway to manually add them. After I post this I will go down yet another rabbit hole and see if I missed this somewhere. Time and Date are correct. I have tried leaving them unplugged for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, half hour, and hour. We bought them at the same time a couple of years ago. All of our 7 other Roku devices are connected with no issue. There are no blocks coming from firewall, child locks, internet blocking software, etc. Even before I removed them from the profile (before the factory resets), there are 2 other Rokus on the same profile that are functioning as expected.
