It is hard to get most channels to load. They either don't load, load slowly, or will sometimes say "You aren't connected to the internet."---but when I check, it says that I am connected!The problem isn't with my ISP because I'm having no problem with my tablet or my 'phone.Of course, as usual, Roku's customer support is worse than useless.
@Elkhound Which Roku model do you have? Which version of Roku software is it running? Go to settings /network and run a check connection test. What does it say for speed (Mbps)?
